The newest edition of the weekly high school basketball Alabama Sports Writers Association rankings has graced us with its wisdom on Thursday with few changes for teams within The Trussville Tribune coverage area.
Only two changes occurred that impacted area schools: Pinson Valley dropped from No. 4 to No. 7 in the Class 6A rankings, and Clay-Chalkville received no votes this time around. The Indians had a bit of a tough week with losses to No. 2 Huffman and Lithonia. Clay-Chalkville suffered just one loss, to Helena, with one victory against Chelsea.
