TRUSSVILLE — Local residents will not be impacted by recent changes to trash collection services, although, some businesses could be.
Republic Services has acquired routes in the Birmingham-metro, from Waste Pro USA.
Trussville Mayor Buddy Choat, Pinson Mayor Hoyt Sanders and Center Point Mayor Tom Henderson said the only impact in those cities would be to businesses who individually contract Waste Pro for services.
Republic issued the following letter to customers:
