From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — As a weather system that is expecting to bring severe storms to the area approaches, several events have been canceled and Cahaba Elementary will be used as a storm shelter in case of a tornado warning.
The school said the school will open if Trussville is in the polygon. They ask people to go into the main entrance and to walk straight until you see a hallway on the left. Turn left and the lunchroom is on the left. The lunchroom is a storm safe room.
