CULLMAN — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a Hartselle man.
The wreck happened on Tuesday, Jan. 14, around 5:30 p.m. An Infinity I30 crossed the center line on Highway 431, just 4 miles north of Cullman. The car hit a Chevrolet Tahoe head-on.
The driver of the Infinity, 37-year-old Heath Alan Berry, was seriously injured and was taken to Cullman Regional Hospital. Berry was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the Tahoe was not hurt, but two passengers were injured and were taken to an area hospital. No details were given on their condition.
