From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who allegedly passed along a forged prescription this past Saturday.
Though the details are vague, the police department posted that on Jan. 25, 2020, at a local unnamed pharmacy, an individual attempted to pass along a prescription, which staff noticed to be forged. The staff then called the authorities and the suspect promptly fled the scene before they arrived.
The grainy nature of the surveillance photos make it difficult to determine whether the person is male of female, but what is obvious is that he or she was wearing a toboggan, a red zip-up coat and grey pants with black shoes.
If you have any information on the identity of the individual shown in the embedded photos call the Trussville Police Department at 205-655-2101 or via email at crimetip@trussville.org. You can remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward if you submit a tip with Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.
