From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — Parish Seafood & Oyster House will not be reopening in Trussville, after closing for renovations.
Owner Matt Norman said he hopes to look at other options in Trussville.
“Trussville’s my home, Trussville is where I want to be,” said Norman. “Me doing something in Trussville is not done with.”
Norman said he is also considering options for the future in several places including Clay, Leeds, Moody, Fultondale, Gardendale and Chelsea. He said plans for a new concept in one of those areas are still in the works and would take a couple of years to finalize.
Norman recently opened his new location in Helena and had planned to renovate the Trussville location. However, he said he was unable to do so after issues pertaining to the building.
Parish Seafood & Oyster House was in business in Trussville for over six years.
