BIRMINGHAM — All Jefferson County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, and start at 10 a.m.
Buses will run on a two-hour delay. No breakfast will be served. Teachers and staff report at 9 a.m.
The delay is due to flooding across the region.
Trussville City Schools will delay the start of school by two hours. Buses will run on a two-hour delay schedule.
St. Clair County Schools will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 11. Additional changes to schedules will be sent if necessary.
“As always, the safety of our students and staff are our top priority,” St, Clair County Schools posted on Facebook.
Some roadways were also closed Monday due to flooding.
Sylacauga City Schools will also be on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
