Deputies first responded to the scene of the shooting in the 5400 block of Nottinghill Drive, in Grayson Valley. They found a man inside a home, suffering from a gunshot wound. The man, later identified as Michael James Moore, 35, died. The victim’s wife had also been shot and was taken to the hospital for treatment. She survived.
