Hitchcock Maddox Financial Partners These are interesting times, unprecedented really. Our clients are representative of our community as a whole; some young, some older and some in between, and they have concerns like everyone else. Those concerns and our response is multi-faceted. Of course the health crisis alone is challenging enough, but the ultimate economic impact, which is yet to be determined, has the potential to deeply impact people around the world. The markets response to all that is happening is a risk for some and potential opportunity for others and we are doing everything we can to accelerate communication with clients while cutting out face-to-face interaction and leveraging technology to do so. Using video distributed via email and social media, mass text messages and video conferencing through services like Zoom have been super helpful. Of course, for more seasoned clients, the good old fashion telephone works well too. – Ian Maddox
