DEKALB COUNTY — The State of Alabama has issued a Child Abduction Emergency, Amber Alert, after authorities say a 13-year-old took a three-year-old child.
Jacobey Marcelle Stewart, 3, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with a black and white stripe down the arms, black sweatpants, and gray shoes. He was at his home in Powell, Ala., around 3:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020.
He is believed to be in extreme danger. The child relies on takes daily medication.
The Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office believes Stewart was abducted by Emilia Newman, who is only 13-years-old.
They may be traveling in a 2006 Mercury Mariner light green in color bearing Alabama license plate 28BK859. They may be traveling to the Chattanooga, TN area.
