SPRINGVILLE — The value of dependable transportation should not be overestimated, nor could it be overstated. Our lives are inextricably linked to our cars, our trucks and our SUVs. They provide a utility without which the modern world could not function. They take us to work, they take us to school, they take us to grocery stores and ballparks and dance recitals; and, at the end of the day, they bring us home again.
For H&R Motors of Springville, the mission to bring the right person and the right vehicle together is more than the bottom line. It is about family, about treating customers as family and it is about faith.
Ryan Beane is the sales manager of H&R Motors. He is also the “R” in H&R Motors. Beane has grown up with the business and he has grown into it.
“My parents, Harold and Linda Beane, started this business in 1995,” said Beane. “I was three-years-old at the time, so I’ve been raised in the business all my life.”
Having grown up with the business, Beane understands the importance of getting a prospective owner into the vehicle that is right for them. One that meets their needs, meets their budget and will provide years of valuable service and pleasure.
“Our focus is on good, reliable vehicles,” said Beane. “We try to keep something for everyone.”
To meet that goal H&R Motors has a novel approach to the people it serves. They become family.
“It is so important to build a relationship with our customers and have them become a part of the H&R family,” said Beane.
Springville is a picturesque town. Full of old-time charm but not without all the modern conveniences. It is fitting for a dealership such as H&R Motors to be located in the heart of that community.
“We love that our community is so tight-knit,” said Beane. “(We love) that we can always depend on one another.”
That sense of community and connectivity forms the backbone of the H&R Motors philosophy, when it comes to the business of car sales. A philosophy that is born out in their commitment to never pressure a potential customer into a sale. To treat every person that comes onto their lot as a valued member of the H&R Family.
“We have a no pressure sales philosophy,” said Beane. “We aim to treat everyone like family.”
Beane, and the whole crew at H&R Motors, love what they do. They go to work every day knowing that it is their mission to match the right customer to the right car. A lot is riding on the job they do; however, the importance of what they do never gets in the way of that love for what they do.
“We love getting to meet new people and bringing the love of God into the car buying experience,” said Beane.
H&R Motors is located at 26 Murphees Valley Road, in Springville.
