From The Tribune staff reports
PELL CITY – The Pell City Animal Control Center is asking for the public’s help with information regarding four puppies that were abandoned at the center’s gate on Sunday morning.
The animal control center said on Facebook early Monday morning that the puppies were in a plastic tote with air holes drilled into the side. The tote was sealed with duct tape and left at the gate sometime Sunday morning.
“Thankfully, a staff member found them when they arrived or it could have been a very bad situation for these little guys,” the center wrote on Facebook. “They were already slightly dehydrated from being taped inside a plastic tub.”
The center asks that those with any information regarding the puppies or owners to contact the Center at 205-814-1567.
