From The Tribune staff reports
PINSON — The Pinson Public Library is celebrating National Library Week via social media and email.
The library is asking people to dress up with staff each day from Monday, April 20, to Friday, April 24. Every day will have a different theme:
Monday, April 20th: Fave Socks
Wear your favorite socks (the feet kind, not our cat)
Tuesday, April 21st: Pajama Day
Wear your pajamas (family-friendly, of course)
Wednesday, April 22nd: Book-ish
Wear book-related clothing or accessories (character shirts, book quote socks, book earrings, etc)
Thursday, April 23rd: Get Fancy
Wear your fanciest clothing (your Sunday best, Jedi robes, little black dress, princess attire, etc)
Friday, April 24th: Costumes
Wear a costume made only from things currently found in your home (old Halloween costumes, or something entirely new – bonus points if you are dressed like a book character)
You can share your photos to the library’s Facebook page or email them to request@pinsonlibrary.org.
