TRUSSVILLE — The Josiah Brunson Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution made and delivered over 400 face masks to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
The nearly 70 members of the DAR chapter made the masks for local health care professionals, staff, residents of retirement homes, active members of the U.S. military and veterans.
The project is part of a nationwide effort by DAR. The Josiah Brunson Chapter is located in Trussville.
