UPDATE: The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency canceled the missing child alert for Madyson Jones on Wednesday afternoon. Authorities state that the teenager has been found safe.
MONTGOMERY — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has issued a missing child alert following the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl from Montgomery.
The missing child alert for Madyson Jones was issued on Tuesday afternoon after she was last seen on Monday afternoon, according to the ALEA.
Authorities state that Jones might be driving a black 2011 Chevrolet Equinox with Alabama tag number “3BC1000.”
Jones is 5-foot-6 with brown hair and brown eyes.
