PINSON — Officials with the city of Pinson celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Taco Bell, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Mayor Hoyt Sanders cut the ribbon for the new business which was built on the property of the former Hardee’s, on Highway 75. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Center Point Fire and Rescue joined in on the celebration.
The state-of-the-art building is part of Taco Bell’s new model. It is similar to the new locations in Clay and in Center Point. It includes original artwork on the inside and outside panels. There are ordering kiosks inside and digital interior and drive-thru menu boards.
Sanders said that the new Taco Bell will benefit the city because it is within city limits.
For now, Taco Bell is operating with safety in mind as the coronavirus pandemic continues.
