MOODY — An expanding Mediterranean deli and grill will soon move into the old Bojangles building in Moody, Lyndsy Yim, an associate broker for Retail Specialists, said on Thursday.
The Purple Onion will move into the former home of Bojangles located at 2207 Moody Parkway, in Moody. The expansion includes three other locations throughout the central Alabama region: 1545 Montclair Road, in Birmingham, 3318 Rainbow Drive, in Rainbow City, and 2581 Pelham Parkway, in Pelham.
Yim said that the restaurant, which is known for its “authentic and delicious Mediterranean cuisine,” is tentatively scheduled to open sometime this fall or winter.
The restaurant serves a plethora of meals including beef kabob, gyros, pita roll ups, falafel plates, burgers and much more.
The Purple Onion currently has three locations within the Birmingham area: Hoover, Hueytown and Inverness.
