SPRINGVILLE — A COVID-19 drive-thru testing site has opened at Walmart in Springville and is available to any adult who meets CDC state and local guidelines, including first responders, health care providers and others with symptoms of the virus.
To be be tested, individuals must have a scheduled appointment and be present in a vehicle, as no walk-ups
will be seen. All appointments are drive-thru, observed self-collection located in the Springville Walmart parking lot at 160 Springville Station Blvd.
Individuals must be 18 years of age and meet CDC and state and local guidelines on who should be tested, including first responders, health care providers and others with symptoms of COVID-19 and those in high risk groups without symptoms.
To schedule an appointment, individuals can go to Quest’s MyQuest™ online portal, which will screen and schedule those individuals who meet the eligibility criteria.
The drive-thru sites will be open 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
