TRUSSVILLE — The city of Trussville’s Freedom Celebration will be July 4, on the mall in downtown Trussville, from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
There will be live entertainment and local eats, topped off with a fireworks show. There will not be a fun zone for kids, due to coronavirus.
Food vendors open at 6:30 p.m. and live entertainment begins at 7 p.m. The fireworks show will begin at approximately 9 p.m.
Food will be available for purchase from Wasabai Juans, Southland BBQ, Papa John’s Pizza, Eugene’s Hot Chicken, Cheezin – Grilled Cheeses, Pazzo Pizza and Wings, and Mealfit. Sweets available for purchase will be provided by Heavenly Donuts, Bendy’s Cookies and Cream, Frio’s Gourmet Pops, Kona Ice, Doodles Sorbet, and City Bowls. For drinks, head over to Rita’s Lemonade and the Coconut Hut.
Alcohol is not allowed at the event.
