BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department identified a woman killed on Friday, June 26, 2020.
Jah’Shavia Taylor, 22, of Birmingham, was found shot in the breezeway of her apartment, according to police. When officers arrived on the scene around 10:37 p.m., they found the victim and she was taken to UAB Hospital where she later died.
The shooting happened at 1223 12th St. N. No suspects are in custody.
