TRUSSVILLE — The city of Trussville is ranked No. 2 in the state of Alabama for the percentage of responses to the 2020 U.S. Census.
As of Monday, July 15, 82.7% of residents had responded, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
“For us to do good in the Census is really beneficial for the city,” said Trussville Mayor Buddy Choat.
The city of Springville is ranked 10th in the state with 77.6% of estimated residents responding. Clay is at No. 19, with a responding rate of 75.4%. You can check out the rankings and other city data by clicking here.
Nationwide, 62.1% of Americans have responded. Anyone can respond online at 2020census.gov, over the phone, or by mail
