BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department announced the arrest of a man in connection to a deadly shooting on Interstate 65, on Monday, Aug. 10, 2020.
Antonio Davis, 33, of Bessemer, is charged with capital murder and is being held in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.
Cordorius Sanchez Williams, 30, of Adamsville was identified as the victim. Detectives said Williams was targeted in the shooting that happened around 12:50 a.m. He was found dead inside his car on I-65. under the 16th Street bridge.
