FAIRFIELD — Jefferson County deputies are on the scene of a possible shooting at Western Hills Mall.
Deputies were on the scene Monday, Aug. 31, around 1 p.m.
Crime tape had been placed along an area near the entrance of the mall, but the businesses inside remained open for business.
Witnesses on the scene said they heard several shots fired.
There is no word on any injuries or arrests made in connection to the shooting.
