TRUSSVILLE — This year’s Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce City Fest event will also include a corn hole tournament, according to a Tuesday newsletter from Trussville City Schools.
The first-ever Trussville City Schools Foundation Corn Hole Tournament is open to all ages and will be broken into a social division and a competitive division. The tournament will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26 at Slagheap Brewery, which is located at 227 Main St., Trussville.
Players can register onsite at 10 a.m. the day of the event or online at http://www.tcsf.org. Play begins at 11 a.m. on Sept. 26. Registration is $50 per team. Each team is made up of two players.
Cash prizes will be provided for the top three teams in each division.
