BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified a man who was struck and killed on Interstate 65 late on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020.
Joseph Alan Little, 42, of Birmingham, was hit by a vehicle in the northbound lanes near the 3rd Avenue North exit, according to Coroner Bill Yates.
The incident happened at 10:10 p.m. and Little was pronounced dead on the scene at 11:34 p.m.
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
