BIRMINGHAM — A single-vehicle accident early Friday morning has left one man dead.
According to a report from the Jefferson County Coroners Office, a car driven by 30-year-old Joshua Clifford Terry left the roadway in the 1600 block of Lake Drive NE in Birmingham and struck a tree.
The accident occurred at 3 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Terry was later pronounced dead on the scene. He was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
The cause and circumstances surrounding the wreck are being investigated by the Birmingham Police Department.
