BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department has not made any arrests in connection to an early morning shooting, on Monday, Oct. 12, 2020.
Investigators believe a man was walking his dog, around 1:30 a.m., in the 900 block of Beacon Parkway East when someone approached him. Detectives believe an exchange of words took place before the offender fired a single shot at the victim.
Officers found the victim in the parking lot and Birmingham Fire and Rescue took him to the hospital where he died.
