TRUSSVILLE — The city of Trussville has scheduled a community caroling and tree lighting ceremony and the Christmas parade for 2020.
The caroling and tree lighting event will be held on Sunday, Nov. 29, from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. The tree lighting will happen at 5:30 p.m.
The event will be held on the mall and the public is invited to come out and kick off the Christmas season. Santa will be on hand.
The Trussville Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 3 p.m. The theme this year is “Christmas Traditions.”
Float Competition prizes will be awarded for:
- Best Interpretation of Theme
- Most Original
- Most Innovative
- Best Overall.
A prize will also be awarded to the Best Walking Group.
