MONTGOMERY — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) issued an Emergency Child Alert for 16-year-old Laahban Stilwell.
The Montgomery Police Department said Stilwell was last seen around 6 p.m. on Oct. 26, in the area of Carmichael Road in Montgomery. She was wearing a gray sweat suit and she has a tattoo on her middle chest area.
