CHELSEA — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing 13-year-old.
Gabriel Ray Burns was last seen on Friday, Nov. 20, in the Chelsea area.
Burns has red hair and blue eyes. He is around 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
