BRIGHTON — The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has released the name of a man killed in a Friday-afternoon shooting in Brighton.
Cardrious Te-Keis Johnson, 26, of Brighton, was pronounced dead at the scene after Jefferson County deputies found him inside a vehicle, which had bullet holes in it. The vehicle was found stopped in the middle of the street.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the 3800 block of Short 5th Avenue around 4 p.m. on Friday, when they discovered Johnson.
