HOOVER — The Hoover Fire Department worked overnight to put out a large apartment fire. The fire is now under control.
The fire happened an apartment complex on Regal Circle, in the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020.
No injuries of firefighters or residents have been reported but firefighters had to rescue two adults and three dogs. The Hoover Fire Department used four engines, a truck, a rescue unit, Battalion one and Rehab nine to battle the blaze.
A large part of the building that caught fire is a complete loss. Firefighters will continue to monitor hot spots.
