BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a convenience store shooting in east Birmingham.
The shooting happened on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, around 9:47 p.m., in the 1100 block of Center Point Parkway. Birmingham Police and sheriff’s deputies responded.
Sheriff’s investigators said a dispute between two people who knew each other led to the shooting.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
