TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police Department is investigating after two brazen vehicle break-ins at First Baptist Church Trussville.
Two women reported windows busted out in their vehicles on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020.
The women were parked at the church and were away from their cars for 30 minutes. Sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., someone broke into their cars and took their purses.
Among items in the purses were an Apple watch, bank cards, an insurance card, a social security card and a driver’s license.
One of the victims told police her card was used at Sam’s and $2,064 had been charged.
If anyone has information, they are asked to call the Trussville Police Department. Those responsible could face charges of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft of property and criminal mischief.
