JASPER — Walker County police are investigating a Thursday-night shooting that left one person in critical condition.
The incident, according to the Walker County Sheriff’s Department, took place in the Domaine Mobile Home Community. Police say a victim has been transported to a Birmingham hospital, suffering from at least one critical gunshot wound.
One Suspect is in custody, as investigators continue to determine what led to the shooting. No further information has been released at this time.
