TRUSSVILLE — Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama posted a wanted message asking for information leading to the arrest of a Trussville man.
According to Crime Stoppers, Timothy Martin Joiner, 30, is wanted on felony warrants charging him with animal cruelty and failure to appear for possession of a firearm with an altered ID.
Joiner has been wanted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office as of Oct. 21, 2020. Crime Stoppers originally had the crime listed as dog fighting but has since changed the charge to animal cruelty.
Joiner’s last known address was in the 700 block of Oak Drive East, in Trussville.
According to a deposition, a deputy reporting finding a dead horse and a dead goat on the property. The deputy said the animals did not have adequate food or water. Two horses and one goat were seized due to malnourishment, the deposition stated.
Joiner is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds.
