TRUSSVILLE — A new dining option will soon be available in Trussville.
After conducting a soft opening on Wednesday, Imperio Steakhouse & Grill will open its doors to the public for the first time on Monday, Jan. 4. Staff members say the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Owner Alex Muniz hosted Trussville city personnel, including fire and police department employees, for Wednesday’s soft opening. Muniz’s menu is expected to feature steaks, burgers, wings, Tex-Mex options, oysters, mozzarella sticks, soups and salads.
The restaurant, which is located at the intersection of Service Road and Chalkville Mountain Lane (behind Krystal), also features a full bar that is adorned with four television sets. Several TVs can also be found throughout the dining room.
“The location is great but good food and service is the big thing,” said Muniz. “Also, being very clean is important to us and we just have to work hard and do our best.”
