QUINTON, Ala. — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is investigating a fatal crash that happened in Walker County on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021.
David Reaid, 73, of Dora, was killed when his car left the roadway due to poor weather conditions, according to ALEA.
The crash happened around 4:53 p.m. on Walker County 81, about one mile north of Quinton. Reaid’s Infiniti G35 left the roadway and struck a tree. Reaid was pronounced dead on the scene.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division are investigating.
