BREMEN, Ala. — A Jasper man was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021.
Christopher Shane Dill, 29, of Jasper, was driving a 2004 Mack truck when a Chevy truck failed to yield the right-of-way and made a left turn in front of him. Dill, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver of the Chevy truck was not wearing a seat belt, according to Troopers. That driver was taken by helicopter to the hospital. There is no word on the driver’s condition.
The crash happened on Alabama 69, about four miles southwest of Bremen.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division is investigating.
