MOBILE — A Mobile teen has gone missing.
According to an announcement from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Mobile police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Markia Zynez Yates. The 16-year-old female was last seen on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 12:30 p.m. in the Mobile area.
At that time, Yates was wearing a blue, pink and yellow jacket with pink jogging pants. She was also wearing a Betty Boop backpack. Police say Yates is listed at 5-foot-1 and 210 pounds.
Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Markia Zynez Yates is asked to contact the Mobile Police Department at 251-208-7211 or call 911.
