TRUSSVILLE — After almost four years in business, Trussville’s premier shooting range and gun store is going out of business. Sheepdog Firearms made the announcement on Facebook Saturday.
“It is with great regret that we announce Sheepdog Firearms is going out of business and all inventory must be liquidated immediately,” the post stated. “Beginning today Saturday, March 13th, 11:00 a.m. through Friday, March 19th, everything in the store will be 25% off. Friday, March 19th will be our last day of business. We would like to thank you all for your years of loyal support.”
Sheepdog Firearms, Inc. opened in May of 2017 with much enthusiasm. The owners of the business said they were looking to educate the public on firearms safety and the importance of self-protection after being a part of the crisis team at First Baptist Church Trussville.
The store sells guns, accessories, other weapons and ammo.
