CENTER POINT — Three arrests have been made following a shooting in Center Point on Monday.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, three juvenile offenders have been charged with attempted murder in the March 15 shooting of a 13-year-old kid in Center Point.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Detectives have charged two 17-year-olds and a 14-year-old in the shooting, according to an announcement from the sheriff’s office. Police say the 14-year-old was taken into custody and housed at Jefferson County Family Court while the two 17-year-olds are being held at the Jefferson County jail.
The victim has been reported to be in stable condition. Jefferson County authorities believe the shooing was the result of a neighborhood feud.
