COLLINSVILLE — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
Ronald D. Parrish, 46, of Boaz, was killed when the 2005 Nissan Altima he was driving left the roadway, went airborne and struck a tree. The crash happened around 5:35 a.m. on Alabama 69, near Dekalb County 192.
Parrish was pronounced dead on the scene.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are working to determine the cause of the crash.
