From The Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — Employees at the Trussville Crossings Bath & Body Works responded quickly to put a fire out inside the store on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
An employee at the location told The Tribune they believe children of a customer caused the fire by knocking over an oil warmer. Although they said they could not confirm the cause of the fire, the employee said the children were running around in the store before the fire started.
Employees used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire and called Trussville Fire and Rescue. No one was hurt.
The fire department responded and the store remained open after the incident.
