BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Coroner/Medical Examiner’s Office identified a man killed in a crash in Birmingham on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
Kenyun Montez Moore, 43, of Birmingham, was the rider of a motorcycle traveling on Third Avenue West. According to Coroner Bill Yates, a Dodge Avenger crossed over the center line into Moore’s lane, hitting him head-on.
The wreck happened at 10:29 p.m. Moore was taken to UAB Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:01 p.m.
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating the cause and circumstances surrounding the crash.
