WALKER COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. Sunday, May 16, has claimed the life of a Berry teen.
The 18-year-old was killed when the 2012 Chevrolet Colorado in which he was a passenger left the roadway in a curve and overturned, according to authorities.
Police say the unnamed victim was pronounced deceased by the corner at the scene. The crash occurred eight miles west of Jasper on Alabama 124 at the six mile marker.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
