BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department released images of two people wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a Family Dollar.
Police said the robbery happened on Thursday, May 20, 2021, around 9:40 p.m., at the store located at 3124 Alameda Avenue.
Two men came into the store wearing all black and ski masks and one of them was armed with a handgun. The men got away with an unknown amount of money and fled the scene.
The men pictured are persons of interest in the robbery.
Anyone with information is asked to call BPD Robbery Detectives at 205-254-1753 or remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777. If the tip to Crime Stoppers leads to an arrest, Crime Stoppers will provide a cash reward.
