IRONDALE — The Irondale Police Department is hosting a cornhole tournament benefiting The Officer Philip Davis Foundation.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 11 a.m.
“Philip Davis was our brother officer at Pelham who was killed in December of 2009,” said Sgt. Michael Mangina. “The Foundation provides financial support to families of first responders that are killed or seriously injured in the line of duty.
The cornhole tournament will be held at Classic Car Motoring Inc., at 3900 Grants Mill Road. There will be food trucks and cash prizes will go to the top three teams. All ages are welcome.
