BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Coroner/Medical Examiner’s Office identified a man shot and killed in the Titusville neighborhood of Birmingham.
Claude Alamin Jones, 20, of Birmingham, was riding his bicycle when he was shot several times in the 100 block of Center Street SW. The shooter fled the scene and no arrests have been made. Jones was pronounced dead on the scene.
The shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021.
Birmingham Police are investigating.
