TALLADEGA — Police are investigating the shooting death of a Talladega teen.
According to the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office, officers responded to a car crash in the 1400 block of Alpine Winterboro Road on Monday at 12:20 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies found 18-year-old Barbara Ann Harmon suffering from a gunshot wound near a crashed vehicle.
Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Talladega authorities continue to investigate the death. Anyone with information pertaining to the case is asked to contact the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office at 256-761-2141.
